I was so happy when Jamie came to me with this special request regarding her accessory: she wanted me to use a piece of her moms old wedding dress to help create a headpiece for her wedding! How fun! What a lovely sentiment.

Jamie and I met a few times to look at the pieces, decide on what style she wanted, and how to make it match the dress. You can see below an "in progress" shot of the gorgeous embroidered flower from her moms dress (I later beaded the front of the flower to match the beading on her dress). 

I was ecstatic when she send me images from the big day! She looks stunning, the hair piece looks perfect, and the couple looks so happy! Projects like this make me especially love my job.
