Our founder, Thea, went to the world renowned fashion design school Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and then steadily grew her brand out of her small NYC apartment. Slow and steady, piece by piece, no investors, just hard work and the support of a wonderful BK artist community!

We now run our design atelier out of Thea's hometown, Durham NC. It's wonderful to be able to bring home all that Thea learned, support the community, and thrive in a city that deserves and craves more unique brands to shop with.

We make everything by hand, in small batches in our Durham, NC studio. (we also take appointments there if you are local!)

You don't have to be a "cool bride" to be a #HCBride. Here, all brides are RAD, however they want to express it.

We're not in high school anymore.
