Selling Tips
Over the years we’ve cultivated knowledge from our Attelier Salon and our retail stores on best practices for making the most of your samples:
- Always have your swatch card on hand! (let us know if you’ve lost yours)
- Stores that keep extra earrings on hand to sell to last minute brides, sell 3:1 over stores that do no. We highly recommend you buying a few at a time.
- Train your team! We are always here to jump on a Zoom chat with the sales associates during the week to help inform them of selling practices, customizations and who we are as a company.
- Put a Belt On It! Grabbing a few sashes to have on hand during an appointment, especially with family there, can really help seal the deal for the dress and the accessories! Make sure you have a pair of earrings to match, for that easy up-sell! Belts and earrings are much easier to style in an appointment than hair.
- Remember to remind the bride that HC items can be almost fully customized, allowing them to create their perfect vision.
- Remember to remind brides that our earrings are made with gold fill or sterling silver posts, allowing for a hypoallergenic buying experience.
- Ordering one sample belt in our Extended Sizing beading is so helpful for brides of all sizes to see.
