Joining the HC Family

Opening Order: 

• The minimum for first orders is 6-8 pieces (a mix of belts, earrings and hair accessories is recommended).
• We have a 2.2x markup on all of our items. 
• Your opening order requires a 50% deposit, and the remainder to be paid at the time of shipment.  Opening orders generally take about one month in production. 

Exclusivity: New partners are ensured exclusivity for their surrounding area for 6 months (We will not pick up new retail partners during that time; it does not apply to existing partners in your area).

 

Payment Information: Please complete and sign our CC Agreement, it will be kept on file for any custom orders or charges that need to be resolved.

Maintaining an Account: In an effort to make our retail partners as successful as possible, there are a couple simple parameters we’ve set:

• Provide up-to-date CC information
• New samples purchased at least once a year, as to best represent our brand
• HC should be listed as a designer on your website (and we’ll do the same!)
• Proper communication with the HC team about problems: In a kind and timely manner, please get in touch about any issues you might have with orders or team interaction so that we can find a solution.
• We love to be represented on your social media and hope to be considered for any styled shoots you’re coordinating. If you require additional pieces for a shoot or project, please let us know!
