Please let us know of any issues with your order within 3 days of receiving it by sending us a detailed description with pictures included. We believe there is always a solution to be found! 

Additionally, we are willing to address concerns involving Hushed Commotion pieces on or after the wedding day, within reason. 

• Our general approach is that we offer a repair service and we’re happy to talk with brides about repairs. 
• We have a sliding scale fee determined by damage severity. 
• With that in mind, you must tell your brides not to dry clean their bridal belt, the beads will fall off. Issues like that are out of our hands and not repairable.
