This was one of my favorite projects this past year!

Lindsay came to me through the talented ladies at StylesOnB hair salon - she had a complex hair dilemma and they sent her to me! I met with Lindsay over coffee to get an idea of what she wanted and how we were going to create it: she explained to me that she had settled on a braided hair do, with all her hair coiled up, but she wanted a long piece of ornamentation to weave through the braids.

She had seen a similar look on a celebrity and couldn't find the piece they had used (was probably custom as well) . That's where I came in - using inspiration from the design of the wedding and dress to create the perfect hair piece. I consulted with Stacey from StylesOnB after their hair trail, they had used a 5 foot long piece of ribbon - and it wasn't long enough! We settled on 6 1/2 feet for the final piece.

After a few trials and many supply pictures back and forth, I started on the piece.... The end result is below! I have shown images of both the coiled up end result, and the final look in her hair. So stunning !
