Q: How long does it take for my item to arrive?

A: Each order is a bit different. It can take from 1 week to 4 weeks to ship the item via USPS. I have noted on each item page the delivery estimate. Once the item ships, it takes 3-8 days to arrive for pieces shipped within the US. International items take 5-10 days. 

I am happy to do rush orders to expedited shipping for a small fee.

Q: How much is shipping? 

A: For domestic shipping I charge $10-$15 depending on the size and weight of the item. Each item notes the difference.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! All shipments are made via USPS.

European Union: Flat Rate $35.00

Australia: Flat rate $38.00

Canada: Flat rate $25.00

Q: Can I customize the designs?

A: Many items can be customized. If you just want to change a sash color, I can easily do that at no extra charge. if it is something more involved like adding a flower or changing the fabrication, we can discuss how the cost would change based on the changes. 

I am also have to work with you on a totally customized item, all custom orders start at $150 and then are priced out depending on the nature of the design, just email me!
